In this latest security release, Singenuity has encrypted the links contained in the confirmation and reminder emails as well as in the reminder texts.
System Impact
No changes are required. No outages are expected.
Customer Impact - Emails
Customers who have received a confirmation email prior to 26JAN25 (automatically at booking or manually); when they click on the link in the email they will be sent to a page with a notification and will automatically receive a new confirmation email at their address with all the new links.
Order Non-Owner Customers (customer guests) who have received a forwarded email from the original customer; when they click on the link, a new email will be sent to the original order owner email address. The customer guest will need to contact the order owner to resend the link.
In order to assist customers, any confirmation email manually resent from the (web/app) registers to any address after 26JAN25 will contain the new links.
Customer Impact - Reminders (email/sms)
