Tap on the Settings Gear:
Once there, you can select and edit any of the following:
Location
User
The Activity the Scan App is currently checking for ticket validation
Validation Options -
Validate Date
Confirm the ticket is valid for today's dateValidate Activity (Date Validation be on)
Confirm the ticket is valid for the Activity selectedValidate Time (Activity Validation must be on)
Confirm the ticket is valid for the time slot selected.Allow "Redeem Anyway"
When on, allows the Scan App user to manually validate a ticket even if all the validation steps fail.
Just off image is the option to log out
Troubleshooting Steps
If the scan app is closing away from the camera or bouncing back to the activity selection, then make sure the activity you are selecting is not a Date only or Anytime activity type. If it is Date Only, then make sure that Validate Time is unchecked. Anytime activities can not use the scan app for digital tickets.
