Packages Report

This article covers how to use the Packages Report in Singenuity, including its filtering options and a breakdown of every column available.

Overview

The Packages Report gives you a summary view of package sales within a selected date range. Rather than listing each individual sale as its own row, the report groups results by package type, showing you aggregate totals such as the number of guests booked and total revenue generated per package.

Note: The Packages Report is a living report. It reflects the current state of orders in real time. Canceled orders are not included. The report displays the expected value of existing orders regardless of whether payment has been collected.

Accessing the Packages Report

Navigate to manage.singenuity.com and select Reports in the top menu. In the left-hand sidebar, select Packages under the Sales Reports category.

Filters & Options

  • Date Range: Select the date range you want the report to cover.

  • Export: The Packages Report can be exported to a CSV file.

Columns

  • Package Name — The name of the package.

  • Group — The group the package belongs to, if applicable. When creating packages, you can assign time slots to different groups (Group A, Group B, etc.) to organize how activities within the package are scheduled.

  • Package Type — Whether the package is customer chosen (the customer selects the time slots for each activity in the package) or operator decided (the operator determines which time slots the package can use).

  • Total Guests — The total number of guests who booked this package within the selected date range.

  • Upsell Revenue Lift — The additional revenue generated if this package was offered and accepted as an upsell.

  • Total Pretax Sales — The subtotal of all sales for this package within the date range, before taxes are applied.

Conclusion

The Packages Report gives you a clean, aggregated view of how your packages are performing.
