Memberships Report

How to use the Memberships Report in Singenuity, including its filters and a breakdown of every column, such as visit counts and member revenue.

Overview

The Memberships Report shows all existing members in your account, with filters to narrow the list and columns covering everything from contact details to visit counts and the revenue each membership has generated. It's the go-to report for understanding your membership base.

Note: The Memberships Report is a living report — it reflects the current state of members and their activity in real time.


Accessing the Memberships Report

Navigate to manage.singenuity.com and select Reports in the top menu. In the left-hand sidebar, select the Memberships report.


Filters & Options

The report can be filtered by:

  • Plan — Show members of a specific membership plan.

  • Active / Inactive — Filter by membership status.

  • Picture Uploaded — Filter by whether a member photo has been uploaded.

  • Number of Visits — Filter by visits less than or equal to, or greater than or equal to, a number you enter.

  • Export — The report can be exported to a CSV file for manipulation in Google Sheets or Excel.

Running the report returns a list of every member matching the filters applied.


Columns

  • Order Number — The order number of the original membership purchase.

  • Membership Plan — The name of the plan.

  • Membership Start — The start date of the membership.

  • Membership ID — The member's ID. Typing this into the register pulls up their membership.

  • Member Name — The member's name.

  • Phone — The member's phone number.

  • Email — The member's email.

  • Birth Date — The member's birth date.

  • Address — The member's address.

  • Gender — The member's gender.

  • Number of Visits — How many times the membership has been scanned and checked in. A check-in button must be clicked for a visit to be logged.

  • Member Booking Revenue — The amount of revenue generated through reservations booked using that membership.

  • Membership Value — How much revenue the member actually brought in. For example, a member may have paid $100 for the membership but booked $200 worth of activities (had it not been discounted or specially rated) — this column reflects that value.

  • Active — Yes or no.

  • Expiration Date — The membership's expiration date.

  • Picture Uploaded — Whether a photo has been uploaded.


When to Use the Memberships Report

  • Understanding member value — Compare what members paid against the revenue they've generated to gauge how valuable your membership program is.

  • Identifying inactive or low-visit members — Filter by number of visits to find members who haven't been using their membership.

  • Auditing member records — Filter by picture uploaded (or missing contact info) to find incomplete member profiles.

  • Plan-level analysis — Filter by plan to see how each membership tier is performing.


Conclusion

The Memberships Report gives you a complete, filterable view of your membership base — contact details, visit history, and the revenue each member generates. Exporting to CSV makes it easy to analyze your membership program further.
